Land at Gaw End Farm, Macclesfield - Sale Completed

Acting on behalf of a private landowner, Land4homes sold part of an allocated site with Outline Planning Permission for up to 330 dwellings to Vistry Homes.

Land at Douglas Meadow, Adlington, Lancashire - Sale Agreed Subject to Contract

Acting on behalf of private landowners, Land4homes has agreed the sale of a 6.4 acre parcel which forms part of a wider development for 139 dwellings which are the subject of a current planning application by Stewart Milne Homes. The planning application is expected to go before planning committee in the late summer of 2023.

Land at Travers Farm, Bold, St Helens - Coming Shortly

Land4homes are instructed by the landowners to dispose of circa 70 acres of land in Bold, St Helens. The landholding is part of the Bold Forest Garden Suburb, which will accommodate circa 3,000 dwellings in total. Work on a masterplan for the wider allocation is due to commence in autumn 2023 and marketing will commence as the masterplan progresses.

Land at Hadbutt Lane, Astley - Planning Application Submitted

Acting on behalf of Wm Morrisons Supermarkets plc, contracts have been exchanged and a planning application submitted for the redevelopment of this 1.8 acre site. A full planning application for 14 dwellings submitted by Oaktree Developments is scheduled for consideration in late summer 2023.

Land at Dinting Vale, Glossop - Contracts Exchanged

Contracts have been exchanged for the sale of this 13 acre greenfield site located in Glossop with a substantial regional housebuilder. A planning application for circa 100 dwellings has been submitted and is due for determination in summer 2023.

Land at Star Lane, Lymm - Sale completed

Acting on behalf of private clients, Land4homes has exchanged contracts with Beck Homes (NW) Ltd for the subject to planning for sale of a 1 acre former joinery workshop. A planning application was approved for 9 detached dwellings, and the sale completed in February 2022.

Land at Church Street, Marple - Sale Completed

On behalf of our client- Bloc/H2O, Land4homes have completed the sale of a 0.69 acre canalside property in Marple, Cheshire. The property has full planning permission for the development of 7 dwellings and the conversion of a warehouse for recreation and community purposes.

Land at Firbeck Colliery, Costhorpe, Notts - Sale Completed

Land4homes has just concluded the sale of the Former Firbeck Colliery, Costhorpe. Part of the British Coal portfolio of properties owned by our clients Network Space. The site amounts to a total of 32.67 acres.

Keepmoat Properties acquired the property from Network Space via a subject to planning agreement, the site will provide 400 new homes. The development will provide a mix of small 2 bed units up to 4 bed detached properties.

As a former colliery site, the property had significant ground and remediation issues, as well as an existing tenant on site.

Land at Henthorn Road, Clitheroe - Sale Completed

Acting on behalf of our client, The Strategic Land Group, Land4homes negotiated the sale of this 3.81 acre greenfield site to Concert Living. The sale was subject to the grant of reserved matters, following an earlier outline approval which was secured by our client. The development will provide a range of two, three and four bed dwellings.
