our partnersOur partners span several disciplines. Their backgrounds are varied and they bring with them a diverse set of skills and experience. That said they do have several things in common.
They never use jargon to justify high fees or cover up delays. They never take on a project unless they have the expertise and resources to complete it. They are open and approachable. They are some of the best people in the business.
The planning consultants we work with are either qualified town planners or chartered planning surveyors. Some were once council planning officers - a case perhaps of gamekeeper turned poacher. All know the business inside out. They will never just say 'this is the council planning policy' but are more likely to say 'this is how you might get planning permission'. Equally, they will tell you if you can't.
The solicitors we work with don't conform to an historic stereotype of the pin stripped suit, dull offices, duller waiting rooms and deadlines that have a habit of never getting met. Just like the planning consultants we work with, they are easy to reach and take a can-do attitude, anticipating problems and providing solutions if and when they do arise.
The label architect can mean a lot of things to a lot of different people. Someone once described the best architects as being good designers, good technicians and good businessmen. Architects that combine all three attributes are worth their weight in gold. They know that good design not only makes environmental sense it makes good business sense.
