Eccles, Wellington Road - small garage site sold on an unconditional basis for a private owner to Taggart Homes as part of a site assembly to enable a development of flats. Projected revenue c. £1m.

Chisworth, Kinderlee Mill - site with planning permission for 56 houses and flats (mix of new build and conversion) sold for Loxley Homes to Balfour Homes with guide price of £2.5m. This was the 3rd time we have sold this site in 20 years - a mill in an attractive rural location overlooking stream, mill pond and greenbelt creating about £12.1m of new homes.

Clifton St, Alderley Edge - small site and workshop with planning permission for housing, sold by informal tender for office use by owner occupier.
