This dictionary contains two kinds of words. Technical words and words that obscure rather than communicate.

In the case of technical words it is not our intention to provide exact legal definitions. There are dictionaries that do this better than we can. Our aim is to provide a definition that makes them easier to understand.

In the case of those words that obscure rather than communicate, hinder rather than help and would have us take their authors far too seriously, we've ungabbled them with some simple English.
